How we run it

Line-haul departs Nilai straight onto the PLUS Highway and feeds regional hubs before the final leg to the door. First mile collection, middle mile trunking and last mile delivery are planned as one route, so cargo is not re-handled more times than it needs to be.

Delivery is closed off with proof of delivery captured at the door, and route density is rebuilt around real demand rather than a fixed timetable. Peak-season volume is covered by scaling fleet capacity ahead of the spike.
