Where do I find my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are issued when a booking is confirmed, and sent to the contact named on the booking. If you cannot find yours, contact our team and we will re-send it against your reference.
My number returns no result — what now?
A number only becomes searchable once the consignment has been manifested at origin. If your booking was confirmed very recently, allow time for the first scan. Otherwise check the number for typos, then call or WhatsApp us and we will look at the file directly.
Does this show live carrier data?
Not yet. This tracker searches DASH shipment records; direct integration with our carrier partners is still in progress. For the most current position on a live consignment, speak to our operations team.
