How we run it

Declarations are prepared and lodged by our own team rather than passed down a broker chain. Working out of Nilai keeps us close to the KLIA customs zone and to Port Klang, so inspections, document queries and releases can be attended in person.

E-commerce consignments clear through E-PAM, and bonded and non-bonded cargo are handled side by side against the same inventory records. When customs raise a query you get a person on the phone with the file already open — live human support, not an automated ticket.
