How we run it
Seller stock is received, counted and put away at the Nilai hub, then picked, packed and dispatched as orders land. Because storage, packing and outbound handover all happen in the same building, an order can be received and on a vehicle the same working day.
Returns come back to the team that shipped them, so restock, refurbishment and write-off decisions are made against the original pick record. Campaign peaks are planned ahead — labour, packaging and dispatch slots are scaled before the promotion, not after it.
